Sawyer is a small co-ed hall in a prime location. The building contains primarily double rooms set up in a traditional residence hall layout. Sawyer houses about seventy percent first-years and thirty percent sophomores with a few juniors and seniors mixed in.
Students do not receive mail at the building. Student mailboxes are at the Granite Station Square (GSS) in the Memorial Union Building.
