Does a single room in a small community of students sound exciting? Then Richardson is the community for you. Richardson is perfect for students who like having their own space but also enjoy hanging out with friends. The building has two lounges for students to hang out with friends and study.
Eaton House is part of the Minis, four buildings that function as one residence hall. The other Minis are Eaton, Hall, and Marston. Students who live in one of the Minis may swipe into any of the four buildings.
Richardson House offers gender inclusive restrooms.
Students do not receive mail at the building. Student mailboxes are at the Granite Station Square (GSS) in the Memorial Union Building.
