Due to changes in the campus residency requirements for students in the lower grades, there will be no 'head start' or priority given to the upper grades. All elible grades* will be allowed to go online to purchase permits beginning on the same day. Campus resident permits are likely to sell out quickly.
*SO, JR, SR, GR campus residents; FR, SO, JR, SR, GR commuters.

Permit offerings will no longer include single-semester versions. Instead, the refund period for partial use has been expanded. Students who purchased a permit in the fall but then depart at the conclusion of the fall semester (or earlier) will be able to request a refund credit as late as January 31. Similar refund policy adjustments are added for spring, summer, and J-Term permit sales. Refunds are NOT automatic; they must be requested using the refund request form.

Non-Resident permit prices remain unchanged for '24-'25, but they will be good for fall/spring semesters only, the same as resident & commuter permits. Eligible non-residents requiring storage parking in the summer will be able to buy a student summer permit at the standard price. Starting '24-'25, freshman and sophomores are not eligible for a Non-Resident permit; GR, SR, JR only.
Wait-lists for sold out permit categories will now be accessed and managed from within the vendor "permit store" site.
